Street-side demolition involves water meters
Drivers turning off Columbia Street onto Avenue U in front of Temple Inland have needed to stay alert for the past few days. City crews have had the edge of the street torn up, vehicles on-site with caution lights flashing and caution ribbon strung to keep anybody from getting dangerously close to a constantly evolving hole.
