How to deal w/ PAIN, Rest, and GAINING an Olsen (Day 04)
So I’m sore, exhausted, but still resilient in these first few days. So far I’ve lost 6 lbs and the body needs time off to repair and build a base to launch from. I definitely want to do P90X but I feel like it was a bit more than I should try to do as of now. I’m going to try to come back to it in 2 weeks. But ya.
